HNP-ASSEMBLY MACHINE
The machine of HNP is used in many difference production purpose and function. By the R&D department designs the tooling, every parts can be assembly in the HNP. This is different from traditional assembly machine, which only can assemble nylon rings and nylon nuts. HNP adopt PLC to monitor the action during machine is running. By the inverter and sensor, the punch speed and empty feeding can be adjusted and detected. Machine will stop immediately if any fault movement is occurred. Through the mechanism design, controlling punch depth is simple, replacing tooling and obviating NG parts are easy and save time. Non-stop facility is improving the machine produce efficiency and increase the capacity which is optimal design for HNP
